Week Nine
I know I missed a week along the way but I am still on track. I have not given up the fight. I am disappointed to say that I have gained a pound. I don't know what the problem is. I am working out and really eating healthy. Who knows. I am not giving up. I have roped Shawn into being my guide. I am writing down everything I eat each day, he is keeping track for me too. I look at my list and he has written down things I might have forgotten. He is not pressuring me to eat foods that I know I should not be eating. That has been a big help. He is a big factor in my weight gain. So I am determined to stick with the diet until I reach my goal and then stick with it on a maintenance basis. I hope everyone else is having an easier time of it.

if you've been working out a lot it could be muscle gain (muscle is heavier than fat)...
