Weigh-In Week Five
So I am late to post for this week. I weighed in yesterday, but at a bad time of day. When I weighed in this morning I was 135. That is one pound down from last week.
I am setting a goal of trying to reach 130 by the end of the month. I will see how it turns out. I have to really get on track with my exercising. Tomorrow starts a new day. I gave in to temptation today, but not by much, so I am hoping it isn't a big mistake on my part. I have noticed that since I have changed my diet and cut out the junk food, that when I indulge in them I feel really rotten. I think my body has changed and the junk literally makes me sick. So now I have to get to the point that I will not eat it because I don't want to feel yucky. We will see if it works. I hope so!!!
I hope that everyone is having success. It is hard, but in the long run I think we will all reach our goals.
