Weigh In Week Two
I weighed in last week at 138 from 140. Today I weighed in at 136, so I have lost 4 pounds overall and 2 pounds since last week. It is not an impressive loss, but it is a loss, so I am happy about that. I hope everyone else is reporting good results as well.

It's VERY impressive. Most women lose at the rate of 0.5-1 pound per week. You've doubled the high end of that!
After all, this isn't a race. It's about making lifestyle changes so that the weight won't come back. :)
BTW, I've averaged 0.4 pounds lost the last two weeks for a grand total of....under 1 pound.
